# Brimvane

> Custom websites, hosting, care and ongoing local SEO for home-service businesses. From US$150/month with no upfront build fee. Make good work known.

Brimvane LLC is registered in Delaware, United States, and works remotely with businesses internationally, including the US, Canada and Australia. Contact: hello@brimvane.com.

A 12-month initial term applies. The starting subscription totals US$1,800 in the first year before applicable taxes. The accepted service order confirms each client's scope and separate costs.

- At launch: One business location or agreed service area
- At launch: Up to 5 core website pages, with 2 consolidated revision rounds before launch
- At launch: Copy editing and structuring using the business information you supply
- At launch: Responsive design, an enquiry form, managed hosting and HTTPS
- At launch: Initial local SEO setup: agreed page titles, descriptions, internal links and eligible Google Business Profile details
- Each month: Up to 30 minutes of small content updates per month; unused time does not carry forward
- Each month: Routine technical maintenance, separate from your content-update allowance
- Each month: One targeted local SEO improvement each month, agreed with you, plus a short progress summary.

You control your domain from day one. Your custom website design and code become yours after the initial 12-month term and all 12 agreed instalments are paid. You can then move providers without a Brimvane exit fee. Third-party licence conditions and new hosting or migration costs still apply.

New pages, major redesigns and ongoing article production are outside the starting allowance. Domain renewals, email hosting, paid listings, advertising spend, additional locations and larger changes are priced separately, with your approval.

Search rankings, traffic, leads and AI citations are not guaranteed. Labelled portfolio concepts are fictional examples, not client commissions or evidence of results. Generated photographs are illustrations.
