New pages, major redesigns and ongoing article production are outside the starting allowance. Domain renewals, email hosting, paid listings, advertising spend, additional locations and larger changes are priced separately, with your approval.

Who owns the website, and can I move it?

You control your domain from day one. Ownership of the custom website design and code transfers after the initial 12-month term and payment of all 12 agreed monthly instalments. You can then move providers without a Brimvane exit fee; we supply the available source, content and reasonable handover information. New hosting and migration costs are not included. Third-party components keep their own licences, and non-transferable services are identified in your order. The first year is a commitment, not a cancel-anytime trial. After that, renewal is month to month only under the arrangement you expressly accept in your service order. Email us before the next billing date to end that ongoing arrangement; we agree a handover date before hosting ends.

Absolutely. We start by looking at what works, what gets in your customers’ way, and what needs changing. Sometimes a focused refresh is enough. If a rebuild makes more sense, we’ll explain why before you commit.
