Hosting is what makes your website available online. It is included in your Brimvane subscription. We configure the agreed hosting service, connect your domain and enable HTTPS, then keep a clear record of the setup.
Know who handles what.
We agree the hosting provider, renewal costs, monitoring arrangements and support responsibilities in writing. Email hosting, domain registration and third-party subscriptions are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them.
Checks that belong in the job.
We check the live site, certificate and deployment after launch and during agreed care checks. If a hosting issue appears, we investigate and work with the provider where needed. Support arrangements are documented in your service order; the starting plan is not a round-the-clock emergency support service.
