Clear expectations. Better working relationships.

Effective 15 September 2026. These terms explain use of our website and the basis of our website, hosting, care and local SEO subscriptions. Your accepted service order sets out the work for your business.

Business and contact details

Brimvane is operated by Brimvane LLC, registered in Delaware, United States. Our website is www.brimvane.com. Contact [email protected] or write to Brimvane LLC, 500 Treat Avenue, San Francisco, California, United States. We work with businesses in the US, Canada, Australia and elsewhere. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Every project needs a written scope

Before work or billing begins, we agree a written service order identifying the website pages and features, content responsibilities, local SEO activities, monthly update allowance, support arrangements, review stages, delivery dependencies and subscription start date. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid subscription. A subscription starts only when you expressly accept the service order and its payment terms. If a service order expressly varies these terms for your project, that agreed variation applies, subject to mandatory law. Displayed concepts are examples, not evidence of client results.

Starting price and payment terms

Subscriptions start at US$150 per month and include the custom website build, managed hosting, ongoing care and ongoing local SEO within the agreed scope. There is no upfront custom build fee. The starting plan covers one business location or service area. The initial term is 12 months from the subscription start date in your service order, so the starting first-year subscription total is US$1,800 before applicable taxes. Your order states the exact price, invoice dates, payment method, taxes and any approved third-party costs. Domain renewals, email hosting, paid directory fees and advertising spend are separate unless expressly included. We do not charge for extra work without your written approval.

Your domain, content and website

You own your domain from the outset. It must be registered in an account you control; we may request delegated access to connect the website. You retain ownership of the content and materials you supply and give us permission to use them to deliver the services. After the initial 12-month term and payment of the 12 agreed monthly subscription instalments, ownership of the custom website design and code created for your project transfers to you. You can then move the website to another provider without a Brimvane exit fee. We will supply the available website source, content and reasonable handover information. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their licences, and our pre-existing reusable tools remain ours with the licence needed to use the delivered site. Non-transferable services or licences will be identified in your service order; a new provider’s hosting or migration work is not included.

Renewal, cancellation and moving on

The first 12 months are an initial commitment, not a cancel-anytime monthly trial. After that, the subscription continues month to month only under the renewal arrangement expressly accepted in your service order. You may end that ongoing arrangement by emailing [email protected] before the next billing date, with no new annual commitment. We will acknowledge the request and agree a handover date before hosting ends. If you need to leave during the initial term, contact us to discuss the remaining service and any agreed settlement; there is no undisclosed exit penalty or automatic acceleration of future payments under these website terms. Refunds, early termination and remedies for a failure to supply services are handled under the service order and applicable law. Either party may end for a material breach that is not corrected within a reasonable notified period, without limiting mandatory rights.

Local SEO and client responsibilities

Ongoing local SEO includes agreed work on eligible Google Business Profiles, website service content, business listing consistency, genuine review guidance and monthly progress reporting. The order defines the monthly work and access required. You remain the primary owner of your business accounts and grant appropriate manager access. You must provide accurate business details and material you have permission to use, complete required verification and provide feedback at agreed stages. We do not buy reviews, use fake locations or guarantee rankings, traffic, lead volume or revenue. Search providers control their platforms and results; progress depends on competition, location, access, approvals and other factors outside our control.

Care, changes and service interruptions

Care covers the updates and checks stated in your order, not unlimited redesigns or round-the-clock emergency support. Larger additions, extra locations and new integrations require an agreed scope and price. We give notice and seek agreement before changing your price or scope; no unilateral price change applies during the initial term. Third-party providers may have outages or change their services. We will take reasonable care in delivering our work and communicate material issues, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We will discuss overdue invoices and give reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve them before any suspension, unless an urgent security or legal issue requires immediate action.

Disputes, applicable law and changes

Please raise concerns with [email protected] first so we can try to resolve them. Delaware law governs the agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law, without taking away mandatory protections or access to courts available in your jurisdiction. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of non-excludable rights through these terms. Responsibility and remedies for loss are determined under the agreement and applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Updates to website terms apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing service order without agreement. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
